Functional-aesthetic rhinoplasty

Having trouble breathing through the nose can reduce a patient’s quality of life and is one of the most common reasons for an ENT-consultation. In order to achieve the best possible results, we aim to take functional as well as aesthetic aspects into account.

Nasal obstructions can be due to a deviated septum as well as an external deviation of the nose, which can occur congenital or post-traumatic. In order to achieve optimal of functional and aesthetic a detailed analysis of the individual anatomy is required due to the various different nasal deformations e.g. saddle-shaped nose. We are using nasal endoscopy and rhinomanometry in order to determine what internal and/or external surgical procedures of the nose are necessary.

Additionally, we also perform purely plastic-aesthetic operations of the nose to offer our patients the desired results. Using 3D-modelling software, we can illustrate the likely outcome of the surgical procedures even before any operation is performed.
